Taking in the day...

Good Afternoon!!!! What a beautiful day... I have to say this, I am a busy person, however, when the time is right and I can steal a few momints from the normal choas, I DO. Just to take in the day, listen to me for a minute...just you. No one else. 1/ 2 hr, 1 hr? even more is fantastic. What ever it is that makes you stop and take a breath, Please! Do it. For that one moment, you have everything to be thankful for because of that breath... I feel then to be truely thankful...this is one of my favorite quotes...enjoy
