Oil companies are at it again
by josephfromabove at 1/14/2013 8:42:54 AM

In the 1930's there was a vaporizer carbuerator invented that said it could get between 75 to 100 MPG, and guess who bought the design rights to it as well as any future considerations? Standard oil did. Now they have a hybrid that will get 100 MPG, but why do they need to use a gas powered engine, why not bio-diesel, or multi-fuel, because the oil companies want a larger piece of the future economy still. NO FRACKING OIL unless you love poisoned water.

Yep, just as I'm sure there's a cure for many things from the common cold to cancer...but there's not enough money in that! It's disgusting!

In the reecent union troubles on the docks..the threatened strike was not about money but about preventing the shipping companies from using more advanced tech (robotic?) machinery that would eliminate a percentageof workers jobs. There is always pressure from those with the power to prevent the way forward if it affects their pocketbook....

Many of these so called inventions bought out to save the market are nothing more than myths and lies.If someone could come up with a carburetor that would deliver over 100 miles to the gallon it would be worth BILLIONS to the inventor, why would anyone choose to allow it be shelved?

The 100 mpg Carb. was shelved because it made the oil companies TRILLIONS, not Billions, and all paid part of their profits to Standard for doing so. The cars that do not need gas, or are all electric have limited ranges, and can not be used for out of town travel. They (oil companies) have purposely kept the battery technolgy down (by paying off the people involved), so that they will not out perform pertroleum powered vehicles. Robots are the only way the USA can compete with China, the average robot costs 3.60 per day to use till it breaks down by it's purchase price, and the chinese average worker gets about the same. Would you work for 3.60 a day, no one could afford even walking to work they have to pay for shoe wear, and cold meds, clothes, and all of the rest of living overhead. You can buy a arm articulating robot for 22,600.00 about what a worker here wants a year, and lasts 3 to 5 years. There are already warehouses that have robots to move shelves, and containers, so humans can fill orders, they will replace them next. In reality though the vaporizer Carb was dangerous if not maintained 100 percent of the time.

You know if you look back on that, and how the price of oil has risen the cost of living since the 1930's I believe you would be correct to presume that the whole reason this country lost jobs, and costs too much to live in, is because of the oil companies, and their profit making efforts, and agenda. There would be all the money saved to raise crops, ship, go to work, the prices would be much lower to build houses, construction, so it is a snowball effect, and they started it rolling. They have also influenced others around the world to adopt their methods, agenda, and policies, and let's not forget all the dead from the wars caused by oil, even Viet Nam was about oil off shore.

they now have cars that can run on water. An we are not using this why ? Oil companies don't u to. Nicolas Tesla discovered free magnetic energy that can power anything for just about Ever in the early 1900's. Of course the J.P Morgan bank at the time shut him down for obvious reasons. when will we learn

N. Tesla also charged the atmosphere, and it discharged in Russia, and blew away 1 square mile of forest. He was intelligent, but not prudent. He invented AC current we use today. Hydrogen powered cars are still being developed, and the problem is storage, and one older gent (shefski) in Canada was working on a storage system that can keep 3 times as much as liqufied Hydrogen in a hydride form, and not be dangerous in a crash. Liquefied, and you could explode with a rear end crash. Sometimes learning is best done one step at a time.
