Joe got snowed by joepainterman at 1/18/2009 12:24:38 PM I can't believe how much snow there is in Michigan for the first time in only God knows how long. I moved out to Colorado a few winters ago and my first winter there was the worst they'd seen in "God only knows how long" I mean they were dropping bales of hay from helicopters to try to save cattle, it was bad. But I move back to Michigan last May and here is another winter getting snowed again, not much luck meeting new people in the ditch (studies show). Is it just me or does winter bring boredom? Let's talk about what we should do to fight the cold or have fun in the cold. If ya can't beat ol' man winter, ya might as well go sleddin'!!!!! Ever been to Echo Valley? They have sledding, tobogganing, skating or just sitting by the campfire and watching all the kids have fun. I live near there. My 12 yr. old and I took her friends there for skating but ended up sledding. Be careful of which end of the line you stand in. The front section tends to get mowed and snowed by the back section. If you want to take the chance, let's mow or get mowed!!!!!!The rope the pulls you up the hill its great. You don't suffer a heart attack from all the fun!!!!
