Birthday Parties In The New Millennium

Not sure what this means, but I'm planning a birthday party for my daughter who's turning 11 in July.
I find myself planning months in advance because:
I have to coordinate my sisters visitation schedule, with my uncle's visitation schedule, which has to match my brother's visitation schedule to match a weekend that I have my daughter!
Divorces really make things hard. Good thing I'm a Virgo!
