First Kiss (A Short Story)
by jolene81 at 11/11/2007 8:27:30 PM
She smiled at herself as she breathed in his cologne, pleased with the near perfect evening, with the near perfect man. A first date! He was everything she needed right now; a sweet escape, someone to look forward to, probably another mistake in the long run- but a spark of excitement, a flare of hope in the dawning of a new era.
In the past year she had transformed; grown from a worm into a butterfly. From a timid, abused, house wife into an independent, adventure seeking, voluptuously sexy single woman. She liked to believe that her nature was completely changed. That she no longer had a "please use me" sign flashing on her forehead. In the drivers seat of her destiny, she absolutely refused to lose control. She would take life's lessons and put them into use. She was a prize of unfathomable value and insisted on being treated as such!!
He leaned forward and gazed deep into her eyes. She could feel his breath on her face as he slowly closed the distance. Heart pounding, she wet her lips, shut her eyes and moved into the prefect kiss. His lips caressed hers, softly sucking, probing with his sweet tongue. She arched her back slightly to provoke his interest. As the kiss became less tentative, the pleasant pressure increased. She moaned softly as he sunk the hunting knife deep into her pale stomach...
And remembered the pepper spray her mother insisted she carry. Carelessly tossed into the bottom of her purse, located somewhere in the back seat of the car. As he withdrew the serrated blade and moved to plunge once more...she prayed her mother would forgive her.
The End
