Each day brings new challenges to overcome
Just keep your head held high and dont get glum
Life throws you pillows and arrows just the same
But dont give up stay in the game
When life gets you down and makes you low
Grab a friend and get out and go
Go to a restaurant and sit and talk
Or even go to the park and take a walk
Your friends dont like you down in the dumps
Theyll pick you up from your darkest slumps
Friends are never far but near
Theyll pick up your spirits and take away your fear
So remember to count on them when times get tough
Cause you know theyll do the same when things get rough
