Nature's Blood!
by alexandrea_ann at 10/26/2010 9:45:02 PM

Bleed out your beauty, Autumn
Give up a gentle whist and smear your bloody hues atop the green.
Cast a calming peace upon the cooling land.
Soon you'll send a shiver down the watery spine of quivering ponds, punctual brooks, & listless lakes, to warn them of the freeze to come.
Your spirit hanging as a mist upon the placid moon.
A sight that draws a sneaking tear or two.
Oh Autumn lady must you be the summer waning?
our adieu to fairer-weather, with no more then a warning tone ensuring Nature's rhythem still abounds.

Not too shabby. I like it. I'm a poem writer myself as well. I suppose that makes the both of us then. I wonder what would happen if I combined my works with yours what they would turn out to then become? One could only all but imagine what the outcome of that might be. But regardless though of what it turns into, I know it would be something ultimately special. How could it not be I ask? Just like you and me. Special! =]
