Every year it is part of my personal Christmas to make sure I watch "Holiday Inn", "A Christmas Carol", and several other classics. "Miracle on 34th Street". Tree lit, TV on and these old classics withsome fancy coffee in hand....Heavenly!

Thanks Carol; For one who hasen't had plesant past holiday memories, your timely reminders helps the focus in the right direction. Will this year go and cut a real fir tree from the place I just hunted. My daughter was aglee when I mentioned it, seems this might be the 1st real pine she has enjoyed. Happy memories will always add that special thought to the holidays.

adagio -- I love that one too, but it makes me cry so don't watch it as much as the others..... I love "White Christmas" with Bing Crosby at al ... but now that's getting ahead of Thanksgiving lol .... luvs hugs joy

most of these old movies carry the theme of the real reason of Christmas.. as the moral of the story.. nothng puts me more into the spirit of christmas as these old movies do...
