bigdude253	12/15/2010 6:37:21 PM Well, some salads have more calories and fat then a burger, so depends on the food really. I mean if you put 3 different cheeses, ham, bacon, eggs on a salad and a dressing like french dressing you have a shitload of fat and calories.
