Time

Time is a commodity that should not be wasted. Every second of every day is more precious than all of the gold on Earth to you. If you have grandchildren you know what I mean, you want them around to relive, and remind you of your youth, but also to guide, comfort, and love them. You see them grow what seems to be so fast, when it is actually the accelerated perception of time on your part, because you want them to stay young. It seems as you get older, the faster time goes. I can remember sitting in classes in school when I was a youngster, and time crawled along, and now I turn around and the hour that used to crawl, flew by, and I almost missed it. You fall in love, and time seems to stand still, so perhaps love does make one younger. You can have all the money in the world, and still not get a minute gone by back to do over, don't waste it, live life in a positive and full manner and love while you can.

I played golf once Joseph with a very wealthy man. His brother was the golf professional and asked me to join his brother as he wasn't a very good golfer. I had been to his house and he had just one garage full of antique cars. But after a little while playing golf he looked at me and said " you have the most precious gift that money can't buy - health". His heart was failing and there was no fixing it so he said the flu can kill him. I never forgot that moment - ever

Good Morning Joseph....Time does seem to move faster now or is it that I have slowed down measurably? I look around at what needs to be accomplished in my life and I am almost overwhelmed... Days of old when I could "tear thru" my life and get it all done are long gone...The seemingly slow plodding way I attack my tasks these days are the same habits I made fun of when I was a "sprite"...I am a list maker and always have been...I remeber those "Younger" lists crossed out and checked in one day...Now a list last for the "season"

Harry health is more valuable also, So in effect the poor can be richer than the wealthy as long as they are healthy. Val and Ann as always it is a pleasure to read from you, and it is a fine day to see you. Adagio are you, and Willy getting married soon? Wonderful of you to drop by. Ikavour as always your profound words have deep and touching meaning Wonderful of to to write the excellent comment. luvl33lady, I like your hair, but rather see your eyes. Woncderful of you to stop by also, I hope you all comment in my future blogs. I am as I always was, and still steadily moving, but time has got to have a brake pedal somewhere. I beleive Jimi Hendrix addressed that issue in his song about time.
