Hey Guys! I was asked to help start a new Group. For those of you that know me, you know that I will get this done. The group is for grieving parents. Parents that have lost a child. It will be a place for them to go, and console each other. I need your help. Please go to "Suggest a new group" and vote! Thank you!!!!

I know I won't get any friends for saying this, but over my years of liveing I have seen I belive so much on greving are loss, particularly in the last 20 years. I belive in the funeral service for healing then take it to the graveyard only, then get on with your lives. This new stuff today just carrys on the pain and forgoes the healing to last years longer perhaps? I see no good in it.

Stargazzer, I'm sorry you feel that way. I may not agree with you, but I respect your opinion. Thank you for your input. Mike

Mike See alot of bothways around hear anymore, the ones that keep things to the old basics get over their loss and move on, the ones seeking cruches still months after and geting them are not doing well at all in my opinion, One couple lost a son right after graduation 8 years ago & they live as it was yesterday, they would grab right on and continue their pain, if you can see my point.

Stargazzer, I DO see your point. I'm doing this as a favor to a sweet lady. I haven't lost a child and I have NO idea of what they go through. If they deal with it by talking to each other, I will do everything within my power to help them. I'm from the old school too, but it is not up to me to tell people how to cope. Thank you for taking the time to respond. Mike

I voted yes!!!! I have never lost a child, and don't even want to imagine it.
I lost a Sister earlier this month. I still want to pick up the phone and call her.
Stargazzer, it will never leave at the graveyard.
