I actually had something similar happen to me one night when I was leaving a bar,and walking across the street to my car,and three ladies walked by me and a couple of seconds later one of them whistled and said "nice ass"!I had turned to see who whistled and saw which one said "nice ass",so I continued on to my car and went back in the bar.Found the lady who had done that and wound up going home with her.True story.

Being a guy, I'd love it.
Knowing women, I think most of them would be offended or creeped out. You have to understand female psychology, a lot of them are paranoid about strange guys approaching them hoping for sex, their mothers warned them about this, lol. And the read the papers and watch the news, so the .00000001% of men in the world who are dangerous psychos ruin it for the rest of us. When you approach a woman, she first wants to know if you are safe and sane. Opening communications with her by making comments about her ass = fail.
