 It sure seems obvious to me that we need more New Mexicans on this forum!!!There are alot of people on DHU from our State but they must all be the silent type. This is a great place just to get to know each other a little and have some fun so I'm going to get on here every morning that I can and try to stir up some interest. Any takers???

I'm not in New Mexico yet, but I hope to be soon. Don't know how long you've been here, but when I first came to DH, N.M. only had 1 thread, so it is growing a bit. Don't get discouraged.

hey bones, long time no hear....How is the west side of NM today? I have family in Bluewater. Wouldn't mind going to the lake over there sometime. Hang in there, maybe more NM's will wake up. Either that or we posted very boring threads  ANyway, good day and have a nice evening.

Hi Snow, Guess we don't have many takers yet but I'm going to keep working on it every day if need be til folks show some interest. The lake is way up from last year and more people show up every week-end. Maybe we should consider throwing a weekend invite and see who comes. I can sit down there by myself for hours if no one shows...

Good Morning everyone. The coffee is on ( I'm up early and will probably drink it all my self) but I'll make more. Come on Snow, I have a raft and ATV and it's a great place to have fun,fun, fun!!! Hey Snow, You missed the coffee for getting up so late!! You can play the Guitar but if I try to sing it my scare my buddy, Trouble. I'm here most of the time fussing in the garden and sometimes taking my Bike out. Highlight for today was going to the Refuse transfer site and doing laundry. Hows that for excitement??? You're the only person I talk to in N.M. so we'll have to gather up more interested folks for the lake. You can come anytime and we'll go try to scare a fish or two.. Hey, I have a Keyboard, can you play that too?

Darn! That's okay, I just made some coffee a while ago. Next time give me a wake up call LOL. Or send some smoke signals. Hey we got to get more NM people on here. i'll let all my NM friends know to get over here and chat.
I would drive the ground hogs away with my singing. You'd see them running with little suitcases packed. But the lake sounds like fun. Let me see who I can round up for Friday or Saturday.
Laundry.....doing that myself too at the moment.
I do have a keyboard and I do know how to finger a few songs, but not that good on it. Learning as I go.

Good Morning and the coffee is on....Pretty darn cold up here on the mountain 32degrees this morning. Going to be a beautiful day though and hope you all start you week-end off right. Well shucks, I was thinking about making a trip that way tomorrow morning (Saturday). I need to take some of my furniture to my sister and thought I might as well load my fishing gear. Is there a fee to get into the lake there? I will know later this evening if i am able to go. maybe i can get the family together to go there also for a picnic or something. Laters................

Hey Snow, You're up early!! No fee for the Lake and there are a few folks already camped out there. There's a State campground there also but nobody goes to it. I have an 8ft raft which is cool for rowing around and fishing. Let me know and I'll pump it up and bring it down to the lake....Bill
