"Pink Is My Signature Color" ..... I get labeled as a girly girl... but I like that. I think its because according to my closest friends they say I always smell good , real feminine. I tell them well.. my name 'Rosemary' in christian means-"Beautiful Living Fragrance". I need to live up to that, just my choice to do so. I also ALWAYS have to have my skin soft ... I use a lot of lotions and moisturizers. Shave my legs so that I NEVER have rough legs. My lingerie is always satin silk and very lacey with a touch of linen spray to have that soft floral smell ... just makes me feel like a women. I have to have my bling too! Jewelry is a must! I go from casual look to pure elegance. When I choose dress shoes its either boots or thin strap black sandals with a not too high heel. Always polish my toenails .... and if Im looking a little not too tan, well then I spray a little tan on my legs! I wear colors that compliment my face ... so usually winter colors that are bright and vivid work the best for me. I always carry gum with me and take care of my smile. I personally feel it is one of my assets. So I always have dental floss with me and mouthwash. I think this gives you a simple idea... its just being a women and being as feminine as you possibly can be. I think woman should be women ... cause then men will be men! Just take a little time for yourself and you'll even like yourself better, because you took time to discover you and pampered yourself. Being girly is the only way to be .. its fun! Oh and I love chick flicks!

you know, i've never owned a pair of heels or ever wore them. and man when it come's to shaving or make up and stuff, sometimes i just get lazy.. haha, and i dont wear thongs all too much, and msot of my undies have cartoon characters on them. hmmmmm... hahaha.

looks like i stired up the girly girls.woops. didnt say theres anything wroung with being a girly girl just gave my thoughts on the subject. i just prefer women that are a bit of a tomboy and can do anything i can do preaty much. you can still get all gussyed up for the hootnanny on fryday night.nothin wroung with that.

Hmmm. Girly Girl is a loaded label. Before I get jumped on by the TRUE girly girls, I want to describe all of you, my sisters, as smart, beautiful, gracious, feminine, and dripping with panache and that I respect you all of the time and envy you some of the time.
I am mostly a tomboy with somewhat of an attitude. I might clean up pretty good if I could afford the money it takes.
When I think of a girly girl, a twit like Paris Hilton comes immediately to mind. If she has a better side to her, she doesn't show it publicly. I'd call Dolly Parton a TRUE girly girl because she has the 'girly' part down just exactly right, but is by no means a dumb blonde. She is as smart a business woman as Oprah or Martha Stewart.
I guess "Barbie Doll" and "girly girl" are interchangable in MY mind. But that is just my humble opinion which I shall keep to myself from now on.

i read dolly parton's biography and she was a real tomboy growing up, and probably still has a tuff side. i think she's great!
pretty and sexy doesnt mean weak and wimpy, well not for everyone.

Girly girl to me means not only she does her hair,nails etc... but likes to be treated like a lady.Some women can be very out spoken and be girly girl, some can be very stubborn yet still be girly girl.Shopping,gossip etc.. we're all girly girls!!

I really enjoy being feminine; being raised with 8 brothers, I can be tough and I am certainly not a "Barbie Doll" and never wanted to be cause I'm not here to make him look good! my definition of a "girly girl"....being feminine with your dukes up!!

5 nights a week, I have to wear jeans and a tshirt with my hair in a plain ponytail and minimal makeup and minimal glam. Because I work at a factory and I don't care to impress anyone I work with. And since the machines I work on can potentially rip my jeans and acid and etcher can spray all over my clothes, I don't wear my best clothes to work. Then I sleep all day the next day....
On the weekends I wear nice jeans and pretty tops and doll myself all up. The weekends are the only time I have to look nice and look beautiful and consider myself a girly girl.
