you have to open a free photobucket account, which gives you free photo albums.
there you can upload your own pic off your PC that you have saved. Or search the site
for pics. After you have saved them there will be codes posted under the pic.
you copy and past the code, for the forums you will use the IMG code.

Starting with phototbucket gets you familiar with it, then you can find other sites
with codes.
