Its not like we ever had any fights or anything like that....He lives a state away and was risking getting fired to come over here to see me. Then he got caught up in a bunch of shit with the office and he had to straighten out. Thats how it ended. Now he avoids me at all cost!!!

No that isnt it....You have to know the business we are in to understand but he can come to my area on business issues with no trouble...Its when he cant explain the reasons for being in my area for days or too many times in a month that gets him in troube...
And I am not making fun of him....I just think if he wants to act like a child he is going to be treated like one....

Ok, lets go this route since I am being a b*tch...
We work for a repo company. I am a manager and he is an agent. He has an area that he is supposed to run and find cars in, my area is across the river...If he gets a few cars on the other side of the river he has the option to taking them all the way back to his lot over 2 hours away or crossnig the river and coming over here.
That said, no one in the company but one friend of mine even knows anything about what happened with me and him. He was making trips out of his area that he could not explain, not all of them having anything to do with me...
Now if he cant find someone else to get ahold of to let him into my lot he will waste the time in hauling those cars back to his lot instead of sucking it up and dropping them off here. he isnt going to be in any trouble and nothing is going to happen to him. He just doesnt want to get caught with his games even though he was caught a long time ago!!
