in addition the process of creating and then storeing verry large amounts of sperm is not somthing the body does often, so to ensure that the next sexual encounter could be fruitful;for reproduction the body puts the person into a focus to produce sperm thus restricting resources and energy to other parts of the body. there billions of them created rather quickly in the body and that requires energy
