Thank you for the good music also darlin. Been country all my life. It is Sunday for me and WV is heaven. All I know I missed fog for 18 years in Peninsula Newport News VA as well as the lush foliage of WV. It was kind of brown in VA. I am so thankful to be back.

Hey John The first are always a little hard whether they are letters or a lady sittin in your place usually leaves you wondering IF it was a letter or really what you saw Called shock helps you get thru it while reality sets in But doesnt help the hurt that the heart feels.... Why is it that people have such low regards to hearts now days? PAWS

My response to my Dear John...
BLUE MOON
The moon was a day past full tonight.
With an eerie red glow it gave me light,
As I checked the goats and cattle and fed the dogs.
Then I booted my computer and entered my logs.
Saw I had an E-mail from my gal and my heart got light.
I clicked
It quick.
Waited a while
In suspense. With a smile.
Like opening a gift from Saint Nick.
But my mood soon turned blue
With the curve that you threw.
Now it’s just not the same,
For the moon’s red glow reflected an old flame.
But, what can I do?
You wished me well
In words clear as a bell,
Our time together has been tolled.
Like hit by a truck, I have been rolled.
But at least you did not say, “Go to Hell!”
Well, I truly wish you well too.
I’ll miss getting to know you.
Time in your company was very well spent.
But, it is back to my search with no relent.
Maybe this time it will work out for you two.
But if by chance it don’t,
Check back with me for I won’t
Be matched off easily
With anyone less special than thee.
I’ll E-mail this now—too blue to phone it.
