I have no idea what those little white flowers are. There is a variety of baby's breath out there but these don't look like it, do they?

I always tell any one that I have given seedlings to, they need to wait for signs of growth, after everything else has started and even bloomed, and then wait some more. The earth has to be quite warm for hibiscus to start growing. Same for rose of sharon---it's late showing growth also. Just don't give up on it and think it's dead and plant something else there. They are very hardy but slow on the upstart.LOL
