I was reading an article on dating and the article made a point of
several questions that the author said should be asked on the first or second date.
The list included:
1. If we got into an argument how would we settle it?
2. Is sexual compatibility important to you?
3. Why did you break up with your last ....?
4. Do you want to have more children?
5. What are you the most proud of?
I think I have been through the "interview" on a date (did not work out) but I don't think I have a list (I am very new to this dating thing) I was wondering if everyone has a "List".

I just play it by ear, a question asked, is a question earned. I rather gather info in the coarse of conversation.

No scripted list, just play it by ear. I don't think I would ask any of the listed questions in the first 3 or 4 dates! I ask questions, because that is how to keep a conversation going and how to get to know a person, but there are no specific cut-and-dried inquiries. And every person is different, so you can't ask everyone the exact same questions.

There is a list of questions I need answered before I even meet someone and I try to get to it fairly early, to help me in the decision to meet. These questions allow me to feel secure about meeting... safety issues etc..
The most revealing answers though, are about current and past relationships ... family, friends and lovers. These may come before or after we meet, it has happened both ways.
Anything and everything of importance(to me)is found within that conversation.

I would have lots of questions but most of the nicer restaurants will not allow you to bring your own wooden chair and bright lights in, so I guess I'll just have a conversation.
