You see I've been thinking about joining up with the youth group at my church which goes up to age 30. I'm sure I can have a good time, I'd have more message being preached to me and maybe the youth pastor can give a message that helps me more than messages on Sunday and Wednesday because really most of the time, the messages by the senior pastor seem more aimed at people who already have families. But I think the real reason I'm interested is I'm hoping a girl around my age may come along in the group who is deep in the faith, afterall II Corinthians 6:14 says "Be ye not unequally together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?"(KJV) I feel bad about the idea about attending youth ministry services just to meet girls, but I wonder what the Lord has the girl I've suppose to be with among the youth group, and I don't even know it? I want to approach the idea of finding a girlfriend from multiple because I'm tired of being alone and yet at the same time, I think it's good to meet a girl in a good Christian setting.

Charles that may be a wonderful way to meet someone who is christian too...
but do not judge till you know her heart...it who she is inside that trully counts..
Give everyone a chance, who tries to know God,Son,holy Spirit..You may help someone save their life Through Christ, and in this process you might figure out how to be with Jesus Christ who saved yours too...finding a loving honest christian girl, will be like finding a needle in a haystack...but i still believe it is possible..for all who believe..
God bless Charles, please, in a search for a wonderful christian young lady..
God you Are an Awesome God..

I can understand the desire to meet a girl, but it is best to let it happen in God's time. Your motives will show, and I think you would prefer that a potential date would not notice you noticing her as much as you "noticing" God's presence and responding to him and it attracting her to consider showing you she's interested. Girls, actually make the first "move" to encourage our pursuit...
