i havent had one in 3 days. i got hella sick, and went from 2 packs of newports a day, to nothing. cold turkey is the worst, and the DT's suck. i crave one every second, but its all mental bro.

that patch does, I know someone that did , and smoked for over 30 yrs, he is very healthy and he's now 49 yrs old, so good luck ok. you can do it, you have to really want to .....Im sure.....let me know how it goes...ok Shine

when i am at work i dont smoke but as soon as i leave i frie them up. usually only smoke a pack a day. need to do like you and just quit

dragon hang in there, and believe mr the changes in the quality if life will be wonderful. I was 3 pack a day for 25 yrs, and now Im smoke free for 2 yrs and feeling better now than 10 yrs ago. hang in there!!!!

mr cooper you cant repair the damage, but you can feel better when you quit. youre quality of life will be better. Iw will raise your ejuclation fraction( the amount or percent of blood that is pumped to your body from the heart and that does make a difference).
