Reminds me of that kid that went on a shooting rampage at the Tacoma Mall a few years back during Christmas. This person was in trouble before and it was known he needed help. The deputy who was killed had been in touch with him and the family before and had left her card with the mother and told her to call her if/when she needed help. This day the shooter just went off. He will never be free again, it's of no help to the familys though. There is no explaintion for this circumstance. No quick and easy answer to WHY he did this. We can only wait and see. What ever is said is useless. The dead don't come back, the familys suffer and live goes on.
