No problem at all. I'll never understand why people can make such a big issue of it. I think a lot has to do with where you live and how you're raised. Here, it is quite common for many races to mix and most don't question or look twice. It's actually very nice when there are so many more important things to worry about in this day and age. My son has just got his first girlfriend this past weekend (yeah, 12 years old...lol...they don't even hold hands  very cute) and she is mixed (black/white). He had no fear of telling me this or showing me her picture because he's never been taught that there should be any difference between races and that individual people are who they are, not what their skin colour is. She's actually a REAL cutie!!

I'm the same way. But when I say it I'm labeled a racist. Must be because I'm from the south and everybody thinks we are a member the KKK.

This was brought up the other day..so I'll respond the same way. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...example..If given the opportunity I would date Halle Berry, Tyra Banks two lovely african american women, but I wouldnt date Whoopie Goldberg I find her an unattractive woman.
The same could be said only the opposite way..would I date for example..Christie Brinkley...sure i would but i wouldnt date the house cleaner on two and a half men.
The point Im making isnt that I could date any of the mentioned atractive women...the point is if I find someone attractive regardless of race..yeh id date them

That, for many, says it all...
But for many others, they would never consider dating outside their race. Does this make them bad people? Or racist? NO...It just makes them people who dont date outside their race, nothing more nothing less...for myself, race is not, nor has it ever been, an issue. It's the person, not their pigmentation...

well, this is ironic.. i'm typically the exact opposite. most of the men i date are bleck, hispanic, etc. i'm not sure what it is.. maybe back to the whole "tall, dark, and handsome" fairy tales that you read about when you're a kid

My children are of mixed races.....I'll ask them.....
NO, I do not have a problem I just called the kids to find out....
Enough already go look in the files on all the questions about this.
This has to be the second most asked question....after whats wrong with or why can't I

 I am glad you took it well. I really did mean that we all bleed red, breathe oxygen, etc., as in the human race. Melanin not being a factor.
