Especially after a member quotes a previous poster who quoted another. You have to edit the entire damned post to delete the quotes and then use bold or italic's. So I came up with an idea that might give us the use of the quote function and eliminate the headache of repetitive quotes. When the quote feature is used it quotes the entire post. Why not strip any previous quoted posts from it and only quote the current post? I mean it's not the quote it self that is the real problem. It is when they continue on and on and on, that people complain about. So if any previous quotes are stripped from a post then the content remains and the ability to quote can be used as it was originally intended.
