geoblack Tampa, FL age: 43	I myself love dancing and i do all types. It just depends on the atmosphere of where you are. If you're in a nightclub, usually its the bump and grind thing simply cause the music is usually upbeat. But as far as slow dancing cheek to cheek, it doesn't seem to happen in nightclubs because they never play slow music. you have to go to a jazz club or some type of event that is going to play slower music.

I would love to be out dancing every weekend like in the days before I first got married. I was actually caught dancing in a field at a local park the other day just enjoying the sunshine and a good mood I country line dances almost every week for a year. everyone has to make a fool of themselves to learn and everyone is so curitious about helping others learn.. fun group of people (well for the most part ) plus there is nothing better than being in love, being held close to your lovers heart and getting lost in the moment of the music. ps.. guys... learn how to dance or atleast put for the effort to ask her out on the dance floor... you will earn major brownie points.. well at least in my book

I have thought about learning some of the classic dancing techniques, but have yet to do it. my hinderence is i believe that i may have two left feet along with the top moves but the feet stay planted. i am also 6'10 and have 18 size shoes and its awkward looking at my partner that is usually 5'+ [Edited 9/25/2008 1:47:14 PM ]

I would like to learn the salsa as well. Spanish clubs usually have it going on there. Or like the post starter pointed out take lessons. The lambada is another sultry dance to learn to. The twisting, bending and short shirts drive me absolutely nuts.

Some require certain elements though, like I came up with this crazy kind of grumble boogie while sliding around in mud that was ankle deep.
