2 cups chicken broth
2 cups of milk or cream
2 tsp scalion greens
salt and pepper
Hot sauce

Combine broth, milk and peanuts. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes stirring constantly. Simmer for 10 more minutes.

Sprinkle w/scalions and season to taste

I make a soup very similar to this too. but i saute finely diced onion and celery, then veg. stock (and the peanut butter), without milk--but i might try that. surprisingly good especially with crusty bread
