China, I fail to understand why anyone with a previous criminal record for a violent crime should not be held accountable for what could be considered habitual violent crimes. Can you please explain why this kid should not be? If he were white would you change your stance in this?

Just had another case in Virginia, about 2 weeks ago.. 6 blacks between 16 and 18 years old beat the crap out of a 14 year old white kid as he was walking home.. another kid skateboarding stop and video taped the incident... Was not a hate crime and quickly swept under the rug.. A group sent out flyers to all the local whites about standing up for their rights.. They were labeled RACIST, go figure!

I do think that the Jena Joke has incited some new hate to a degree, but not what the Sharpton types are claiming. The hate for idiots who want to use the race card to hide behind while they commit their crimes.
Nothing in those nooses that harmed anyone. That a simple verbal insult would incite a PACK of punks to jump some kid only shows how lacking the punks were in basic maturity and tolerance. They should have just laughed at the stupidity of the white kid for saying whatever it was that he said (still haven't seen the exact words posted anywhere, and by now, somewhat doubt he even said what they imply due to that omission).
This whole incident is just another excuse for those who are on the fence to jump down squarely against this reverse racism. It will be the catalyst for some to put their foot down, call BS on the whole thing, and finally put the blame firmly on the real ugly, criminal, racist act, that was the assault, not the insult.
The fact that the parents of these punks did not fully admonish, but defended the acts of these kids, just proves that the racism is alive and well in the adults, who are probably the ones teaching it to the kids.

thank u imrublu.......soulcity is also a great example of the double standerd in this country, its ok for blacks to be violent towards whites just because they didnt agree with something......so soulcity have you looked up the true crime stats yet or still just making shit up to fit what you want the rest of us to believe.......fbi crime stats by race or any federal crime statistics, been a while since i looked but the fact is youre wrong, blacks do make up most of the crime in this country even though they make up only a small percentage of the population, and asian americans have the least crime douche, 93% of all interracial crime is black violent crimes against whites,and over 1 MILLION white have been killed by violent racist blacks since the civil rights movement in the 60s.....do your fukkin homework d*ckcheese
