Oh,Ghostrider,have you ever eaten Octopus..It is really good if it is fried right..Had some at a Greek Festivial this past weekend...

Had it at a sushi bar a few times. Always kind of rubbery but I order it anyway because it has good flavor. Where was the Greek Festival at? I know of one in Chandler at St. Katherine's Greek Ortho Church (it used to be there about 10 years ago..lol), but that one was in February.
