May I ask what your daffynition of an 'Alpa' mail is?
Is he top of the pyramid because he runs it?
Is he top of the heap because he physically can whoop the other's butt?
And what is it a heap of?
Or are you talking about someone who simply will not allow you to run over him?
I never understood the Alpha thing. There is a job to do, I get it done and don't stand in the way. If it's your job, I best get out of the way.

Real alpha's are not what you are describing.
I agree that they need not explain themsleves to anyone...they don't have to stand around and beat their chest to proclaim their place in this world. You are probably thinking of alpha males in the regular animal kingdom. We are supposed to be human beings, and conduct ourselves as such...separate from the animals in that we are given the ability to think and use reason.
Woman was made from Adam's rib..to be close to his heart and be treated with love and respect...like you give yourself...you are to love them as you love yourself. ( A directive from God, not me). Women were not made from under mens feet to be trampled on, or thought less of by men.
All men & women are flawed to some degree and not one is better than the other in the eyes of God. You need to do some more reading in your Bible about a man's and woman's place in this world. It is more equal than you think.

Some people and real men it seems, the all knowing kind. Do seem to always have an opinon and a need to give it, maybe just to feel good about themself. You know what a snake oil salesmen trying to do, make a living.. 53lady.....in referencing Bible,Adam,Eve,1st child etc. What comes after those 3
people? Think a few seconds before scrolling down.....and then guess who is ALPHA.
Personally my feel is both sexes are equal. I don't rule and she
doen't either.
The sad answer is INCEST. So either the female child was raped by dad
or the male child by mom. If it started with 1 then 2 then 3=4 someone
humanistacly is ALPHA. But we don't know who that truely is.

Wow, Thx for all of the replys you all...I didn't intend to start a fight just looking around and asking who was one..For me..I must to have a very strong man, Or i find i would "run him over" my thoughts would rule and so on...I don't wish to do that to anyone but, That is me..I am a leader in life and in the home. I need someone who can and will stand up with me, for me and most of all..To me..jmo
