I know this is going to sound corny as HECK but I really like the bible verse about "Love is patient, love is kind, love is not boastful..." etc.
I think there is a lot of wisdom in that verse.
Believe me, though, I'm not a big "bible" person. That's just the first thing that popped in my mind.

I just have been told "I love you" by my ex so many times, I've thought about this subject a lot. For example, how could he say he loves me but yet treated me how he did?
But, I think, people just have different capacities and definitions. It's completely personal. Who am I to say he didn't love me? I'm sure he did. In his own way. It just wasn't a way that worked for me...

Be you a big Bible person or not it is beautiful.

wow now that a great question to ask
love to me is when u wake up each morning happy cause of the person next to yeah
its showing the person u with that they are more then just a very special person
love is wanting to be around the person u love cause all u can do is think of them
love to me is that when that person speak u hear angels love if feeling that person heart and u can wait to be near them
love to me is when u see that person ur heat feel complete
love is know without a doubt u want to spend the rest of ur life with that person
love is u want to see that person smile every sec every minute
love to me is when u do for that person the only thing u want in return is to be with that person

In many more words.....
Love is a strong feeling to describe objects (i.e. I love my new car)
Love is a feeling of extreme respect and admiration for other people (i.e. I love my family, and this could include family pets, or I love my friends)
Love is romantc; something you feel when you find that "someone special," that one person who makes you feel complete, and you know that you want to spend the rest of your life with them. This is the kind of love where you're actually "in love."
Love has more facets than the Hope Diamond. It can be defined so many ways. All I know is that there's never enough of it, and people try to make it, but it's already there - it just needs to be found.

Love to me is when you just cant sleep at night because the big butterfly feeling wont go away. It's when I can't sleep because I know when I fall asleep she'll be in my dreams. I'ts when a glimps of all I dream of in a woman comes true. It's when I just can't wait to curl up in bed next to the one I LOVE knowing that the one I LOVE will be right beside me when I open my eyes. It's when laughing,smileing, and the simpler things in life is above all the materialistic things out of life that make us happy together. It's when every day feels like the first day we met. Well you get the point....lol. I don't have this but it sure sounds good. Who knows maybe someday my dreams will come truein my  !
