cut your tenderloin into half inch thick medallions ,season with season all seasoning.coat with flour,i cook it on med high heat to brown then take sliced oniuons and caramelize in bacon grease.then take one can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of celery mix all together with one can of water.get adeep glass baking dish and put half onions on bottom then put your browned venison in put remaining onions on top then puor soup mixture on it and bake for 1and half hour on 350 degrees.Enjoy a taste of heaven.YES I KILL DEER MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
