Right in the middle of it, she asks him for his telephone number. Now, maybe something is wrong with me, but, I found something wrong with that. I got up from the bar stool, told her see ya, and walked away. She caught up with me outside and said she was getting the telephone number for her niece? Yeah, right? Now, is it just me, or does any one else have a problem with their date exchanging telephone numbers with a member of the opposite sex while they are out on a date? I was on a date with this girl that turned into playing on the beach, talking and looking at funny toys in stores. It was a lot of fun until we went into the ice cream shop and she got a date for the next week with a guy, while I was standing there. Unfortunately, I was too laid back to react like you did, but I haven't talked to her since. Now I live in another state. Sometimes you just have to wonder what people are thinking... It's a huge confidence killer too. Just remember there is someone out there who is awesome. Hell, ask her if you can have her neice's number. lol
