How do you know if they booted someone off of here. My friend ekaye posts on here regulary and tonite I noticed she was removed from friends lists and she called me and said that she has been trying to post and it does not let her. She can still see her profile but she can't post..

Try sending her an email via DH, if it comes back "no such id" she has been deleted for whatever reason(s). Has she been making rude posts?

She may be in DH Jail... For posting a no-no in the forums and breaking the rules of the TOS.... One good reason she may not be able to post as when you are jailled, you are not allowed to. And also if you do, they can delete your profile, but she could still see the forums, but not her profile information as it is totaly deleted.
Is she getting a message saying she can not post?
If so, that's what has happened. If not, then contact city hall... lol...

Hannibal no she said she did not get a note/email letting her know if she has been jailed...lol.. I don't think she has made any rude comments, a lil vulgar probably so..lol..Maybe she can try emailing the chief to see if she has been incarserated..

When you send too many responses in a short period of time to one thread, the stupid and annoying message "chatting detected" will appear on the screen. It's annoying as hell and I wish they'd get rid of it.
Yes, if someone replies to you, you can't immediately reply back. So there's basically no way of defending yourself if you are attacked, and no way of delivering a witty zinger in a timely fashion.

Yep...It's (chatting detected)the pits at times....... They also at times make you post secret codes before posting or doing emails. So not cool...
And they don't allways send a message letting you know at times, until hours later about doing jail time....
Little gliches they need to work out....

So the letter may take awhile to let her know she has been put in DH jail..Does she have a get out of jail card or when they put you there d o they throw away the key?

I just went & looked & ekaye has ben taken of my friends list so she may have ben.
it is to bad for what ever reason i injoyed talking with her.

It doesn't sound to me like she is in jail. It sounds to me like she was booted like you stated earlier. If a perp is busted and put into DH jail, their profile and posts are still visible- they can still send and recieve messages as far as I know..they are notified that they are suspended from the forums until a certain date and time. A reason is not given for being suspended or booted for that manner. I would suggest asking her to be 100% truthful as to why she may have been booted. Dr. Phil always says that you can't change something that you don't acknowledge.

She can't recieve or send emails so I do think she has been put in DH jail...I have asked her what she did to get herself booted she says she doesn't know..that she didn't make any rude comments and she don't talk anymore vulgar than the next person..

They realy don't send you a letter, but it shows up when you try to post. It gives you the reason, and how long you are to be jailled.
No get out of jail free cards here, and no talking your way out or they jail you even longer.
One way to see if she might have deleted her own profile by mistake, is to click on her profile as a search, and see if it says it has been deleted, by her, or by DH....
But if you say she can see her profile, then something is wrong, and it should be reported by her.
I just did a search and nothing even comes up under the name you mentioned (ekaye) at all... Not even a profile not found...... Strange......
