I am a woman that would like to give my opinion, and keep in mind they are like everything else. Balding is a natural part of life and women accept that, don't worry. It sounds as if you are cute, meaning cuddly.
Don't talk about what you make, concentrate on who you are. That is what a woman finds interesting. What do you like, walks in the park, planting flowers, hunting deer, whatever is your fancy, you must be you.
That is truly what a woman is looking for; a man who knows what he wants and who he is...also, don't forget a man's word, it is the most important thing that you have. Honesty and caring are traits that are very important.
Stop worrying so much about how you look and concentrate on how you feel and exude that feeling so that others can feel you, then you will have no problems finding any woman, much less the right woman.

First of all kewl.........never mention 6 figures or any figures unless u r trying to attract the" gold diggers". A woman who is interested in u for ur self will not care if u have 2 nickles to rub together. A great smile , a great positive attitude, stand tall and proud cause u r a very handsome guy. U dont have to actually talk a lot , just nod ur head when she is talking , look her in the eyes, not at her breasts, women hate that.Dont be eyeballing the other women in the room unless of course u turn ur face away and keep it to a minimum of sneak peeks. If she smells nice, u might say something like "that is a nice fragrance ur wearing" what is the name of that. Do not say "u smell gd enough to eat" save that until later on down the road if u get that far. If u like her, ur goal here is to get another date. If she is cute, u may not want to delay the invitation. Try to find out what she likes to do . Do not say, "where do u live, where do u work, do u live alone, what kind of car do u drive,what time do u get off work"? etc. Its ok to ask guys these sort of questions ( course they could think that u were a stalker too) but do not ask women.
