I like the confidence I have that I didn't in my
earlier years...like in my 20s.

Steak, I think I'm about 2 years away from that. I just hope
I find someone to share my time with. Even though I am responsible
for my own happiness, I know it would double or triple my fun quotient!

Let's see our twenties...all of the above and the bonus of being...
Able to go to bathroom without little people...
Able to get dressed without chocolate or burp stains...
Can keep the bedroom door open...
Multitasking (we invented it... just didn't know it had a name) no longer consists of carrying one on the hip, cooking dinner, wiping the middle one's nose and scolding the other while thinking about the overdue bills, the presentation I had to give at work that night and fantasizing he'll walk in from work and wash my hair and give me a bath by candle light!
And last but best...Past PMS and Menopause

Hi Cottage... and thanks for welcoming me earlier.
About no PMS and menopause.... Amen!
How about having the freedom to go anywhere, anytime
because you don't have to be home to take care of
the kids anymore? Loved being Mom to my three kids
when they were growing up but now I get to have some
freedom and can choose what I want to do even if it's
just nothing.

One thing I never complain about is being my age. But with 6 kids and 11 grandkids you know I have said that a few times.

I know who I am, have earned what I have and like having the $$$$ to pamper myself.
You know facials, pedicures, nice little "things" for the house and yeh, retirement at 58 is looking good!!!!!
