Did you ever have love at first sight?
One time when I was seventeen, I was working at my moms motel. I was a young desk clerk, working late at night. I was doing paper work, I heard the door open, I looked up. My heart skipped a beet right there, I was looking into a face of a goddess. I know my mouth was draped open in awe, and what made it such an awesome moment was that her mouth was open in awe too. we just stared for what seemed an eternity. When reality sunk in she asked me something, the reason she
was there in the first place. I did the old classic stammering tongue tied bit, and she did too. She was staying in one of the rooms with her mother, sister and brother. Through the next couple of hours she returned to the front desk with the most ridiculous reasons, finally after getting comfortable with each other she asked if I wanted to go to her room after work. I did, and met her mother and sister and brother. The next week I continued to go over there after work. Getting to know her whole family. Finding out what they were really about. Her mother and sisters were admitted wh*res, her brother a thief that kept them living by steeling, every night. This would and did not work for me.
My point, I think you can read between the lines. While love at first sight is very romantic, I think its overrated, all of us want to find that "someone" like that. But when it comes down to it, you never know and I think the likelihood is low, it comes down to just what it spells out. Love at first SIGHT. The feeling is fantastic, magical, everyone should
experience it sometime in their life time, we share a common special experience. What makes it even more special is the thought, "what if". I'm not disparaging it, I'm reveling in it, but I am also a realistic person.
Cept I'm still Looking, lol, Tim
