I can't even take tylenol pm without getting crazy dreams, it's something with me and deep deep sleep. I've always been a very very light sleeper. Which is no biggy but, lately i just can't sleep at all.
and yeah i've taken unisom.

Idk, maybe you should try Melatonin. It's a vitamin not a drug. Several ppl from the church I went to in GA took it to help them sleep and said it worked wonders. Only other suggestion is dealing with whatever's keeping you awake and that's easier said than done.

I know what you mean. I've been there. When my ex left me, I hardly got any sleep at all. I lay there for hours trying to go to sleep and then when I did finally fall asleep, I'd wake 15 min later and have to start over. Luckily, I was able to take the Unisom and it helped me sleep. Unfortunately, it did nothing for the anxiety attacks. The doctor gave me a script for Xanex but I had to quit taking it because f**ked with my head. Finally, I started smoking again and that helped more than the drugs. Unfortunatly now I can't stop smoking

Yeah i don't even know right now, my ex left me like a year ago. After 4 years decided to go visit her parents out of state and call me to tell me she wasnt coming back so she could start over...awesome huh? I was pretty bad when all that happened but, up until a couple days it was ok. Now it's all just hitting me super f**king hard again and it doesn't help that there is no1 left in my town my age.
