i don't think you're lookin on the wrong site, it's just when you don't have a pic up the first thing that usually pops up in my mind is ...who is this guy and why is he afraid to put his pic on here?.....i like to see who im talking to...it would be like going to a party and talking to some guy with a bag over his head.....

i agree with the photo thing. makes a huge difference since not many read the entire profile. doesnt matter who you are, what your appearance, someone out there likes you. oh, make sure the photo you post and the one she's gonna ask for later is the same person. people dont like liars either.
if you're willing to send one, then post it. it makes a visual attachment with your name and makes more comfortable. you can always take it down later.
