Ahh yes the good ol days gas was 22cents a gallon minimum wage was .75 cents(1961 in vermont)got to chop and stack wood for the fireplaces (7of them)no central heat or indoor plumbing at that time .too young for sex so noone to keep me warm at night.later beer 50cents shots .75well 1.00 call .
min wage way up to 2.00by then.gas had jumped way up to .30 cpg.we moved to town to save money on gas!!!cigaretteswent up to .20 cpp if it went up another penny everyone was going to quit.actually I did...... 2 monthes ago.well heres to the good ol days
