This is why I drive and meet them where ever we are going...If dinner is a flop then there's no use prolonging the evening...I got my ride...bye

of course you take her home that is where you found her in the first place right
if you found her on the street then thats where you leave her
just remember when you take her home
the reason she is so rude is because she has never had a nice man and her old man is in the house waiting to beat the hell out of her for coming home to early and spoiling his evening

Be a gentleman and finish the date. And on the way taking her home that it isn't going to work out.

This is why I never accept offers of rides on the first date..I always drive myself, so I don't need to find a way home if it gets awkward! Also, until I really know someone, I don't want them to know where I live in case they turn out to be psycho.
I certainly appreciate the OFFER of picking me up, paying for dinner, etc...but these days, I try to plan to do it all myself (oh heck, I'm doing all myself anyways!) Met too many folks years ago who preached about independance, and going it alone. Now I can't even watch a movie with someone else there, I'm so used to being by myself!! But I digress..
Fortunately I haven't had any dates go horribly wrong during the middle of dinner, but have had a growing "ummm, ok, not working out here..." feeling, or wake up the next day and go "eh, not so much..."
