Moving on in a relationship is not dating or having intimate relationships with past mistakes. It is true you should not give him the time of day hun. this will result in nothing but reliving old feelings and guilt. Also, a feeling of being dirty that no shower can clean. He obviously thinks he has a chance with you. Men do not like challenges when it comes to the need for sex. If he is very persistant, just push right back. Obviously, he wants sex. however, most men do not realize the intimacy issues that women face when making love. therefore, they do not understand why you would say no.

The only reason I responded to the email was curiousity...Its been a long time since we have any kind of contact with each other so I wanted to know what he wanted...It didnt take him long before he was inviting me to his house!!

Dr....I am one who tried to give it my all with anyone before I call it quits....This guy cheated on me all because he could....In my opinion there is no fixing a cheater....I'm not the only one he cheated on either so it wasnt just me doing something wrong!

Yeah no one forced him into the relationship and no one forced him to stay....The girl he cheated on me with was his ex, who just so happened to call his phone all the time leaving messages saying she loved him and all that...Blah...I didnt try to make them stop being friends and look where it got me!!

Yeah but then why drag it on that long....Im not interested in getting back with him and I dont need to prove what he is after....Even if he has changed I know it wont work out and I am not going to go through all that stuff again....Its just better to end it all now and move on!

I only have 1 child and no he isnt the father!
Wouldnt really matter even if he was because I'm not taking a cheater back....If he did it once to me there is a huge chance he would do it again and from some of our conversations and the things I have observed he hasnt changed a bit!!

HI repo, i completely agree with what you've said; i also agree with chopper. Both of you have your words well spoken. I myself have been cheated on quite a few times, despite my giving it my all in every relationship. Repo, as far as what you say in your recent post about cheaters being repetitive in their act you are so right about it as I myself have seen it.

i agree repo,i had the displesure of trying it agin and evan stayed in the relationship for the kids,and it was the same crap as befor,cheaters will allways be cheaters.you did good.
