Yep, parents that allow their kids to go nuts in stores.
Ignorant people who refuse to learn

The new traffic laws instituted by the Commonwealth of Va and localities. If you are cited for a traffic violation in any city in VA. The fine is imposed by the state also depending on the severity. My next door neighbor, was cited for going 5 MPH over the speed limit in a school zone, and was picked up by Robo Cop, as he is called. $350.00 to the city. $1,000 for the state, spread over 3 years. If you are from out of state, then the state fine is rescinded. A pain in the patuty.
