I am like Altje ...I have a firm queen size bed. and I have slept in a soft one and I wasn't comfortable. I think that sleeping togeter..married of course... is what it is all about. Need a bigger bed so you can get close yet still sleep like you are used to.

Mr Bee. I am sure that you are not the ole Fart I was referring to Ha! You see you have taken notice of Rose and that she is a nice lady. You are kind and banter with us girls. No he is some stupid guy who does not realize a good thing when he sees it. Rose....... Nice talking to you Bee. Have a good night and a better tomorrow. June

I would not mind sharing if he did not snore in my ear....I guess I could resort to ear plugs if worse came to worse.....or go up to a King size. mattress set.

I have a queen size bed, and when my husband was still living we would cuddle together and go to sleep. I sure do miss that. I was very fortunate that he did not snore either. I never did like sleeping in a twin size bed, it felt like when ever your turned over you would go over the side.

Bee, twin beda were made for people who don't like other people. You sure would not want to sleep on the floor and let them have the twin bed. all according to how big an area the floor is I guess. Ha! I love a big bed and sweet dreams.
THOUGHT! a twin bed is bigger than a army cot.

Queen Size! NO soft spongy matress, but no hard one either.
Plenty of room to play, snuggle up or sleep a bit apart and still be close.
I agree with others - sure would be nice to have someone to do all that with!
