I'm a professional person who happens to be a lifetime equestrian. My horses live with me on my farm. Although I'm not currently competing, I do ride all 3 about 4 x weekly. I find that the few professional men who are my intellectual equals are not interested in this type of lifestyle. It takes alot of time, effort and financial committment. The few men I meet who do enjoy horses are not on my level intellectually. Please know that I have friends from all different social, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds. However, in a romantic partner I feel it's essential that we be on a similar level mentally. I have other women equestrian friends that seem to have a similar challenge.
Any horsemen out there?

Will a cowboy do?
Horses have a way of being in your life that can be difficult for a man to fit into. Can a man support you in your love of your horses without being a rider?
