Wow! I've been on here for over 9 months and haven't gone out with anyone from here. But then, I didn't come here to find a date. I was looking for support and found some really good people. I'm glad I came here.

I've dated a couple ladies from here... and I've only been active for a few weeks.
Nooooo.... I didn't get laid nor did I find "that special someone".
But I have done a couple lunch dates.... nice ladies.
Hopefully, we'll be friends for a long time

I have been on this site since February, but didn't get on the forums until about June or July. I have met so many great friends that have given support while I weed through the frogs to find my prince that it is worth it even if I never find him. I haven't met anyone in person from this site.......except one long before this dating site.

Ive been hear for a few days now and I'm not laboring under any dilutions that I'm going to find a date any time soon if ever.
I'm just curious about what is going on in a forum like this and interested in what people do when they are looking.
I find this to be a refreshing change from the more solom technical forums that i frequent.
Please excuse me if I'm posting in an improper manner in a thread that may not be appropriate but i haven't had a chance to figure this all out and I'm kind of overwhelmed by all of the different things going on.
So i just decided to jump in somewhere and let the flaming began

I have met so many great people on here....but I try not to take it too serious. Just passin time and meetin people as I go. Like you said 4me, I've got some life long friends and thats worth it all....you learn who to trust and who ya wouldn't give the time of day to....just a part of it. I'm not sayin I wouldn't be open minded to meeting someone special....it just takes time. So, here I am....passin time....
