I have been on here not too long, thought I was reasonably cute (maybe people have been lying to me all these years) and the guys that message me talk to me for a few and when I tell them I either won't show them things on cam or pics, and not looking for NSA they tend to quit talking to me. Are all guys like this? Am I that ugly? Not sure but maybe someone could help here? Just wanting decent guys to talk to , maybe dinner or just hang out once in a while. Is that too much to ask? I'm beginning to think so....any suggestions?

Just keep trudging on......it takes awhile to sort through the trash before you find a good one. Keep posting in the forums. There are some amazing men on this site. They are sometimes just as scared to step forward as the ladies, just because of all the trash.

I suspect that singles near our age who have had one or more serious relationships are done with trying to be serious and just want to screw around for a while.
At times I feel that way myself, but its just not in me to be like that.

would be nice if I had some chic friends to hang out with too ....makes it easier to meet guys if ya go out with a friend or two ya know? My one female friend passed away 2 years ago so now have none....and dont have time to go out and make any friends have to resort to sites like this

bad girls have jaded all the 'nice' guys, even the 'nice' girls don't know how to keep the 'nice' guys mostly because they see the nice guys as weak guys after a while, and take their kindness as a weakness, and take advantage of the situation, just making the cycle start all over again...........I'm not through being nice, just through being a 'nice' guy, and keep a natural edge, jagged and all, the world is a much better place.......

Sounds like some gardening needs to be done. Pick out the weeds that you can see and then look for the weeds that pretend to be a flower. They are sometimes hard to spot but you'll get rid of them sooner or later.

Yes there is a lot of "trash" out there. You have to be picky and if they don't give you the time, they are not worth YOUR time. I have been single for 2 1/2 years because I am picky. The right one will come along and you will know it. Just hang in there and enjoy life while you can.
