It could also be the attention he pays to you.....or is he looking over you to check out the waitress? Its alot of things combined if ya wanna get technical. Does he look into your eyes? That can be sensual.....does he touch your hand....thats another one....smellin good is just a pro- bono.....

I would have to say the eyes first. But I also agree with a lot of what others have said, smell, dirty fingernails, his walk yep, I notice how a guy carries himself.
As for the voice.....omg, I've been out somewhere and hear a guy and turn to see who's with that voice!!! A good laugh will have me look to see also. Honestly I sometimes have a hard time with (some) nothern accents.

cottagebithec said it well. But I am guilty of giving a guy a hug who smelled so awesome I melted in his arms. Smell is a huge turn on for me!!! And to answer your question, yes, I have smelled a guy first and then tried to see who it was that walked past me.

countrydancer...Ive done that too caught the scent of a woman and then let my eyes find her....But I would agree with most here... the eyes, the smile, the scent, the confidence, her feet and/or shoes her hair ...long or short...yeah the way she carries herself, her laugh.
OR The way she hangs onto the pole while she dances, her balance!!! Sorry had to go there!!!
