Get clean, wash yourself and your partner inside and out. There are over the counter product at your local "drug store" or super market you can get for a few bucks. Remember what goes in the back door DOES NOT GO IN THE FRONT DOOR until you wipe your feet (wash with soap and water). Dont want the back door stuff going in the front door, not a healthy activity. You can also use condoms. There are some good books out there you can get on anal intercourse and anal pleasue. Available from most online book sellers and local specality stores. Oh yea... lots of lube...can't have too much lube. Try different kinds out to find the one you and your partner like best.

well pammy, and any other ladies who are also curious and in need,...of practical information and advice... and to your partners of the male persuasion....First, you ought to communicate with your partner and get over any shyness or awkward feelings...this is pretty intimate, that's part of the thrill, and if you both read this together, that would be a good start...That said, let us begin.
