Sorry, people SOMEONE has to work around here.
The doe is inside the outline, As vixen said, right under the antlers. It looks like she is looking back over her shoulder.
I think it's cool how the female is inside the male like that.
I noticed it while at a red light and it just jumped out at me, "damn, there a doe, a deer!" (next chorus anyone) And all these years have seen that emblem and never saw it till then. hummmm. What's funny, is I ask an advid hunter and they too have never noticed it.
